(Singapore) – As an extension of its sustainability promise, Enlighted Sales and Service Pte. Ltd. (ESSPL) celebrated the environment and Earth Day today in partnership with Agilent Technologies.
Enlighted’s smart sensors are used by several building owners to reduce their lighting and aircon energy consumption without sacrificing employee comfort, thereby allowing business as usual in the most sustainable manner. Recently, Enlighted’s compact sensor received a ‘Very Good’ rating under the Singapore Green Building Product (SGBP) labelling scheme for its holistic approach to sustainability.
“Agilent Technologies has continually ranked among the world’s most sustainable companies. It was an honor for us to be invited for the second time to celebrate Earth Day with them in Singapore, ” said Edmond Looi, Business Development Director of ESSPL. “As the need to mitigate global climate change becomes increasingly urgent, the importance of energy efficiency is growing. Enlighted provides a solution for companies to integrate sustainable, resource-saving practices into their everyday operations.”
In Jan 2016, Enlighted was recognized as one of the top 100 breakthrough sustainability solutions globally by Sustainia 100. It also made the 2015 Global Cleantech 100, whose mission is to connect connect corporations to sustainable innovation.
ESSPL was set up in Singapore in April 2015 to bring SE Asian commercial real estate into the Internet of Things (IoT). Its advanced sensor and analytics platform saves buildings up to 85% in lighting energy costs and 25% in ACMV costs. Its cloud applications provide structured analysis (heat maps, motion trails, zone-by-zone utilization rates) on space use, security triggers and location-based services. Its client list in Singapore includes A*STAR Computational Resource Centre (A*CRC), Jurong Trade Corporation, Singapore University of Technology and Design, Applied Materials and Agilent Technologies.
