Job Overview:

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Facility Management to lead our operation teams across multiple sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources, and delivering high-quality services to our clients. They will also have line managers/supervisors reporting to them.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to the operation teams responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facilities across multiple sites.
  • Develop and implement plans, policies, and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of facilities.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effectiveness.
  • Evaluate the performance of the operation teams and provide feedback to improve performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of long-term strategic plans for the facilities across multiple sites.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Facility Management with a proven track record of success in leading operation teams across multiple sites. Experience and technical knowledge in Mechanical and ACMV preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in budgeting, financial management, and contract management.
  • Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
