- Collaborate closely with the Manager to oversee and optimize facility operations for our clients, ensuring clean, safe, and functional environments.
- Effectively manage contracts and vendors, fostering strong relationships and driving performance excellence.
- Develop and implement comprehensive work plans, ensuring efficient deployment of resources for soft services vendors including security, housekeeping, landscaping, transport, and F&B services.
- Supervise routine maintenance services to uphold the highest standards of facility upkeep.
- Act as a key point of contact for client requests, feedback, and escalations, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Conduct thorough analyses of current operations to identify areas of inefficiency and implement strategic improvements in time, cost, and quality management.
- Provide creative solutions to enhance office services, such as introducing innovative food options for shift workers and implementing hot desking to optimize space utilization.
- Support event preparation and coordinate small moves to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage inventory for consumables, including PPE, cleanroom supplies, and pantry items, developing and maintaining comprehensive consumption reports.
- Oversee the issuance of PPE, as well as the handling of mails and deliveries.
- Support Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) initiatives, ensuring compliance and proactive management of any escalations.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years’ experience in strategic facilities operations, demonstrating the ability to implement innovative ideas while adhering to client processes.
- Strong analytical skills, with the capability to analyse data and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn, with the ability to lead improvement initiatives and drive positive change.
- Creative problem-solving skills, enabling the development and implementation of innovative solutions for facility services.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Working Location and Hour
- Tuas, with transport pick up at several designated MRT stations.
- Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm. We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance, and these hours allow our team members to effectively manage their professional and personal commitments. Please note that occasional flexibility may be required based on business needs or specific client requirements.
