  • Perform and supervise preventive and predictive maintenance activities on mechanical systems to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of technicians, ensuring they are well-trained, equipped, and motivated to perform their duties effectively.
  • Foster a positive work environment and encourage continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Ensure crisp oversight and clear communications with clients and team members.
  • Ensure that all services are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency, in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement maintenance programs, schedules, and procedures to ensure that clients’ facilities operate optimally.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure that all services are delivered in a timely and cost-effectively.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to the team in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
  • Monitor and report on the team’s performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions as required.
  • Manage the team’s budget, ensuring that all resources are used effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility maintenance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing teams of Technicians.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical. Additional knowledge in electrical and ELV systems will be an added advantage. 
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software.
  • Experience in critical environments (e.g. Data Center/ Cleanroom/ Pharmaceuticals) is a plus
