Zach Wilson is the Chief Executive Officer for AlfaTech Asia. With a wealth of experience in engineering, construction and real estate development, he is responsible for the control of all business operations and business direction of the company. Zach is extremely experienced in US GBC LEED, as well as Singapore Green Mark standards, a member of CoreNet Global and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He holds an MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering (2005) from Stanford University and a B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology (2003) from Montana State University.
Jensen Leong, IT Director at AlfaTech VestAsia Pte Ltd., is an experienced Information Technology professional and project manager. He has held technical and management positions in all areas of Information Technology industry including IT Operations, IT Outsourcing, Network Administration, Applications Development, Strategic Planning and all levels of IT Management.Jensen graduated from the National University of Singapore with a degree in Information Systems (2009).
Tim has held business management and consultant positions across various industries. Tim has worked in Australia, China, France, UK, US, Singapore, and Malaysia and run businesses in Australia, Malaysia, and Singapore. His background, exceptional organization skills and awareness of internal and external customer needs helps AlfaTech in everyday operations. He coordinates our different departments to ensure they communicate and work efficiently. On top of his responsibilities, Tim manages AlfaTech’s bidding proposition and consulting delivery schedules. His proven ability in planning, producing, and delivering compliant proposals within a complex business environment ensures to succeed in the proposal process. Tim studied Chemical Engineering at Adelaide University.
Alvin Chang, Facilities Director, has vast experience in real estate and facilities management in the Asia-Pacific region. Previously with KLA-Tencor, Alvin has handled several responsibilities ranging from real estate management, space planning & utilization, operations & maintenance, program management, construction management as well as EHSS support. Among others, his key competencies include regional REFM management, technical know-how and recovery of M&E Systems, regional procurement & contracts management. He is an effective problem solver and his regional experience makes him adaptable to a wide range of work and life situations.
